John Jones is a skilled Field Technologist with extensive experience supporting environmental site assessments, remediation projects, and field monitoring across Ontario, including work in remote and coastal locations for multiple First Nation communities.
He has contributed to Phase I, II, and III ESAs, delineation programs, and remediation planning by conducting soil sampling, mapping areas of concern, implementing health and safety measures, and providing detailed daily reporting. John has supported access planning, work plan development, and cost estimating for complex projects, and has supervised remediation crews during soil abatement activities.
John also has experience supporting Stage 1–3 archaeological assessments, coordinating logistics and field operations in northern Ontario and working closely with community representatives. His strong field awareness, reliability, and technical versatility make him a valuable member of the CLAW field team.

Dr. Ibrahim (Bob) Noureddine is a professionally licensed archaeologist in Ontario with more than 20 years of experience in both maritime and terrestrial archaeological excavations. He previously directed the Maritime Archaeology Unit at the Directorate General of Antiquities in Lebanon (DGA), where he oversaw complex heritage projects across coastal and underwater environments.
Throughout his career, Dr. Noureddine has led numerous archaeological field surveys across diverse terrains, including underwater sites, shorelines, urban settings, and remote rural landscapes. In addition to his extensive Ontario and international experience, he has completed archaeological consulting projects in Quebec, including work at Fort Saint-Jean. He is also a long-standing member of the excavation and restoration team for the Thutmosis III Temple Project in Luxor, Egypt.
Fluent in English, French, Arabic, and Spanish, Dr. Noureddine has published multiple papers in peer-reviewed journals and contributes to the academic community as an adjunct research professor at Carleton University, a position he has held since 2016. His breadth of expertise strengthens CLAW’s capacity to support projects involving archaeological assessment, cultural heritage, and field investigation.

Lasha is a biologist specializing in aquatic and terrestrial ecology, supported by a strong foundation in Traditional Ecological Knowledge. She provides expertise to CLAW on development projects requiring natural heritage assessments, ecological interpretation, and Indigenous consultation.
Her experience includes terrestrial habitat classification, detailed botanical surveys, tree health and inventory assessments, ecological risk assessments, Species at Risk evaluations, significant wildlife habitat assessments, ornithological and herpetofauna surveys, and bat roost assessments. Lasha also contributes to federal rehabilitation and reclamation plans, community partnerships, and project presentations.
As a proud member of the CLAW team, Lasha supports projects from proposal through reporting and regularly serves as a field lead across both urban and remote environments throughout Ontario.

Jessica Bellefeuille holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Carleton University (2022) and a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management and Assessment from Algonquin College (2023). Since joining CLAW Environmental Services, she has developed strong technical skills in environmental reporting, with experience preparing Environmental Effects Evaluations (EEEs) and Significance of Environmental Effects Determination (SEED) documents in support of federal impact assessments, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment reports, and Species at Risk Phase I and II reports.
Jessica has gained diverse field experience across Ontario, including groundwater, surface water, and potable water sampling. She has also conducted a wide range of biological and ecological surveys, such as breeding bird surveys, visual and acoustic bat maternity roost assessments, tree inventories, ecological land classification surveys, Butternut and Black Ash health assessments, Species at Risk habitat evaluations, monarch habitat surveys, and invasive species mapping.
With a strong foundation in biological sciences and applied environmental practice, Jessica brings valuable technical expertise to CLAW’s field and reporting programs.

Monica Clayton is highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven to continuously grow professionally. She excels at optimizing processes, coordinating projects and events, and managing administrative and business support tasks.
With strong leadership, planning, and interpersonal skills, Monica interacts effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. She holds a Project Management Certificate (2013) and approaches challenges with creativity, flexibility, and a solutions-oriented mindset, ensuring excellence in every project she supports.

Karla Patsula is a customer-focused professional with a proven track record in building strong client relationships and driving retention, adoption, and satisfaction. She is experienced in designing and executing programs that enhance operational efficiency, elevate team performance, and support executive initiatives.
Karla is skilled in cross-functional collaboration, communication, and facilitation, with a solutions-driven approach and a recognized record of sales excellence. She is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes, mitigating risk, and fostering long-term customer success.

JoAnne Bisson is a Senior Environmental Technician with over 16 years of experience specializing in phased environmental site assessments and contaminant remediation. She has conducted numerous site investigations, remedial programs, and risk assessments, including Phase I, II, and III ESAs and property transfer assessments for multiple First Nation communities across Ontario, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
JoAnne has extensive experience coordinating with communities and building local capacity, including employing and mentoring excavator operators, boat operators, laborers, and other field personnel. She provides guidance in contractor work specification inspections, construction observation, sampling and reporting, and identifying potential environmental and archaeological concerns. She has led remote site assessments via ATV, helicopter, float plane, and boat, bringing expertise as a wilderness guide and fieldwork specialist, while contributing to health and safety in the field.
Highly motivated and innovative, JoAnne excels at creative problem-solving and effectively communicates with people from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise. Daughter of a trapper, she has lifelong experience in trapping, hunting, fishing, harvesting, and gardening, adding unique insight and skills to her environmental work.
